Who this covers
This policy applies to the Meta Ads Wallboard, an internal tool operated by Penta Motor Group for its own dealership brands, including Penta Now. It's used by Penta Motor Group staff and branch managers to review advertising performance and lead activity — it is not a public product, and members of the public do not use it directly.
What data we collect
Two kinds of data flow through this tool, both sourced from Meta's Marketing API for Penta Motor Group's own ad account:
- Advertising performance data — campaign spend, leads, reach, impressions, clicks, and similar aggregate metrics. This isn't personal data about any individual.
- Lead form submissions — when someone fills in a Meta lead ad for a Penta Motor Group or Penta Now vehicle enquiry, their name, phone number, email address, and answers to qualifying questions (such as finance preference or trade-in interest) are pulled into this dashboard so our sales team can follow up.
We only ever pull data for Penta Motor Group's own ad account and Pages — never another business's data.
How we use it
Advertising performance data is used to monitor and improve campaign results. Lead submission data is used so our dealership sales teams can follow up with people who've expressed interest in a vehicle. We don't sell this data, and we don't share it with anyone outside Penta Motor Group other than Meta itself, which already holds it as the platform the lead was submitted through.
Who can see it
Access is role-based and requires a login. Branch managers only see data for their own assigned branch; administrators can see across all branches. Every login is individually issued and can be revoked at any time.
Where it's stored
Account logins are stored in a password-protected database, with passwords held as salted cryptographic hashes — never as plain text, and never visible to anyone, including us. Advertising and lead data is fetched from Meta on demand to render the dashboard rather than being copied into a separate long-term store.
